New Experience: Breads and Spreads

Breads and Spreads gave me a new challenge: learning to bake bread from scratch. I haven’t spent much time in the kitchen aside from making simple recipes, so this new experience is helping me learn a skill that will be valuable in the future. It connects to the value of inquiry by teaching me to experiment, problem-solve, and appreciate the art of baking. I also look forward to sharing the bread I bake with others, helping us come together in our final months of high school.
